1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your request, such as technical issues or dissatisfaction with the service.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@freedombriefs.com.
In your refund request, please include your name, email address, order number, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Return directions will be provided to you once we approve your request.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we receive the product back in original packaging and without defects we will contact you with an update on your request status.
If your return is accepted, we’ll either ship you the replacement item or process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds are automatically credited to your original method of payment.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following cases:
If the request is made after 30 days of the purchase date.
If the product has been used or its integrity has been compromised.
If the return request does not meet the eligibility outlined in the policy.
