1. Eligibility for Refund

  • We offer refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your request, such as technical issues or dissatisfaction with the service.

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@freedombriefs.com.

  • In your refund request, please include your name, email address, order number, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

  • Return directions will be provided to you once we approve your request.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Once we receive the product back in original packaging and without defects we will contact you with an update on your request status.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll either ship you the replacement item or process the refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds are automatically credited to your original method of payment.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following cases:

  • If the request is made after 30 days of the purchase date.

  • If the product has been used or its integrity has been compromised.

  • If the return request does not meet the eligibility outlined in the policy.
